**Daejeon Ballet Grand Prix (DBGP)** complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations and carefully protects the personal information of participants and visitors. This policy provides information on the collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information related to the services provided on the DBGP website.

1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information
DBGP collects and uses the minimum amount of personal information for the following purposes.

  • Application for participation and identity verification

  • Participant management and guidance (notification of acceptance, schedule information, etc.)

  • Inquiry response and customer support

  • Notification of information related to the operation of the competition

2. Personal information items collected

  • Required fields: name, date of birth, contact information (phone number/email), affiliation (school, academy, etc.)

  • Optional: Video/Photo (for review of participant works), Address

3. Retention and use period of personal information

  • Collected personal information will be kept for three years after the end of the competition and then safely destroyed immediately thereafter.

  • However, if the participant requests deletion, relevant laws will be followed.

4. Provision of personal information to third parties
DBGP does not, in principle, provide collected personal information to external parties.
However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • If there is participant consent

  • When requested pursuant to law

5. Entrustment of personal information processing
DBGP does not outsource the processing of personal information to external companies.

  • Installing and Managing Security Programs

  • Paper documents are stored in a locked place.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This policy is effective as of October 3, 2025.
The contents may be modified due to changes in laws and regulations, changes in internal operating policies, etc., and any changes will be notified through the website.
