Article 1 Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DBGP and users in relation to the use of the website and related services operated by Daejeon Ballet Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as “DBGP”).

Article 2 Definition of Terms

1. “User” refers to a person who accesses this website and uses the service.

2. “Participant” refers to a person who has completed application and payment for participation in the DBGP competition.

3. “Service” means participation application, payment, guidance, information provision, etc. provided by DBGP.

Article 3 Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions become effective upon posting on the website.

2. DBGP may revise the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and will notify any revisions through the website.

Article 4 Provision of Services
DBGP provides the following services:

• Application and submission for the contest

• Payment and confirmation of participation fee

• Providing notices and guidance related to the competition

• Providing materials such as photos and videos

Article 5 Participation Fee and Refund Regulations

1. The participation fee is based on the amount posted on the website.

2. The refund policy will be notified separately, and participants are deemed to have agreed to it upon application.

   • Example: Full refund within 7 days of application / 50% refund up to 7 days before the competition / No refund after 6 days before the competition

Article 6 Protection of Personal Information
Users' personal information is managed in accordance with the privacy policy.

Article 7 User Obligations
Users must not perform the following actions when using the service.

• Entering false information

• Stealing other people's personal information

• Any act that interferes with the operation of the competition

Article 8 Copyright and Portrait Rights

1. The copyright for content (photos, videos, materials, etc.) produced and distributed by DBGP belongs to DBGP.

2. Participants agree that their video and photos from the competition may be used for promotional, archival, and press release purposes.

Article 9 Disclaimer

1. DBGP is not responsible if the competition cannot be held due to natural disasters or other force majeure.

2. However, refunds and compensation are subject to separate regulations.

Article 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of DBGP.
