Refund and Return Policy (Example)

1. How to apply for a refund

• If you would like a refund, the participant or their guardian must apply by email (skwjjang@naver.com) or **by phone (010-2246-7900)**.

• When requesting a refund, you must include the payer's name, contact information, and payment date to confirm payment details.

2. Refund Policy

• Application within 7 days: Full refund

• Up to 30 days before the start of the competition: 50% refund of the entry fee

• 6 days before the start of the competition ~ Competition: No refunds

• However, if participation is not possible due to circumstances on the part of the organizer (cancellation of the competition, etc.), a full refund will be given.

3. Refund processing deadline

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of application.

• Refunds may vary depending on the payment method, and for card payments, the card company's policy applies.

4. Notes

• Personal expenses (airfare, accommodation, etc.) incurred other than the participation fee are not eligible for refund.

• Transfer of participation fee and change of name are not permitted.
